Can I return the product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Digital products cannot be exchanged or returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rumat.studio@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent at your own expense.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hygiene products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
When will I receive my order?
We will process your order as quickly as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery information via email. Delivery time varies depending on the delivery address. For pre-orders, the delivery time is separately indicated with the order.
If you have ordered a digital product, you will receive a separate email with a download link to the PDF file. The link will open in a new window, allowing you to download the file to your device or take screenshots. If you do not receive the download link within half an hour, please contact us by email at rumat.studio@gmail.com. Digital products do not have exchange or return rights.
Where are the products made?
All products are handmade in Finland to order. This ensures careful craftsmanship and reduces overproduction.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are determined by the delivery address and the contents of the order. You will always see the price of shipping before confirming your purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will then receive a separate email with a download link to the PDF file. The link will open in a new window, from which you can download the file to your device or take screenshots. If you do not receive the download link within half an hour, please contact us by email. Digital products have no right of exchange or return.
If you wish to purchase a paper version, please contact us by email.
The instructions are for personal, non-commercial use only. They may be modified for personal use, but may not be copied, sold, or distributed in any form. Products made according to the instructions may also not be sold.
If you share photos of your finished work, you can optionally use the pattern tag and the hashtag #rumatstudio.
