Rumat Studio's online store was launched in October 2025, offering a few patterns for sale. Now, for the first time, a small batch of physical products is available for purchase. The products are handmade in Suomussalmi using recycled materials.
Suppa is a structured and fluffy scrunchie made from leftover yarns. Soft Suppa scrunchies are a gentler alternative to traditional hair ties.
The word "Suppa" refers to a round or funnel-shaped depression in the ground formed during the Ice Age, which resembles the shape of a Suppa scrunchie.
Larger knitting projects usually leave some yarn leftover, and by making new products from them, these high-quality materials are not wasted. Each Suppa scrunchie is unique and reduces the amount of leftover yarn from different projects. Only one piece of each Suppa scrunchie is available.
Diameter approximately 18 cm.
Material for the knit in gold: 65% viscose and 35% recycled polyester, and in white: 75% mohair and 25% silk.
Delivery is free, and the product will be shipped soon after purchase via Posti to the nearest pickup point or mailbox. It may be possible to change the delivery location in the Posti app before the shipment moves into transit. Delivery is currently only available to mainland Finland.
The purchase is subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection legislation. More information on returns and exercising the right of withdrawal can be found in our return policy.
